Massage for postural related issues - Warrington

Sitting at a desk all day? – Standing up in work too long?

Massage therapy can help improve posture by loosening tight muscles and improving blood circulation. It can also help you concentrate better, sleep better and relax, especially if you get a deep tissue massage. If you have consistent posture issues, having a weekly massage can help you improve your posture and ease the aches and pains in your muscles.

I offer short, half-hour massages aimed at reducing muscle tightness and restriction, increasing mobility and range of movement, and improving muscle and joint flexibility and elasticity.
